Actually, A Trilogy of Quotes

Story Notes
I usually focus on just one quote the few times I’ve done these, but I’m going for a trilogy today. These quotes all tie in to my next written piece. Please enjoy.
Let’s start with part of a poem by W.H. Auden:
Life is short, so enjoy
Whatever contact your flesh
May at the moment crave:
There’s no sex life in the grave.
– W.H. Auden
The next quote is often attributed to George Eliot (Mary Ann Evans), but researchers haven’t been able to find the original source…
“It is never too late to be what you might have been.”
– Unknown, often attributed to George Eliot
Lastly, a quote I remember from a European movie… I regret that I don’t remember which movie, so that I could give proper credit!
“Regrets are much worse than forbidden pleasures”
– Unknown source
