The Answer Key Exists Only in My Mind

Story Notes:
This entire year I think I’ve been away more than I’ve been at home. Mostly by necessity, plus two short vacations. Now, I’m coming down the back stretch to settle into something more normal, but with limited writing time, lately.
So once again, we’re venturing into the Personal Thoughts section, but I think you’ll enjoy it, based on your collective questions.
“Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?”

I don’t receive many open comments on my stories. I guess not all readers wish to be visible… not everyone wants their comments or questions to be seen publicly.
The majority of my feedback comes via my Contact Me links and in the responses to my subscription emails (I receive all replies to my emails once you subscribe. Luckily, this has not been abused, yet. I trust you.)
My #1 received question, worded differently by different people, boils down to this-
“It’s called fiction on your sites. Is this all fiction?”
Fiction can result from pure imagination, pure fantasy, pure desire, pure wishlists.
But I also believe many pieces of fiction, everywhere, have an inspiration of some lived experience within, even if only as a spark for a piece of pure fiction.
More prominently, a nugget of truth can also be wrapped in only a thin, but totally disguising fictional wrapper.
Or, more than a nugget of truth… a complete experience may be safely and sufficiently disguised and presented as fiction. For instance, a domestic party scene may morph into an act at an exclusive European bordello.
Always changed, and always indiscernable. Discretion and trust mean EVERYTHING to me. Period.
But I haven’t answered the question yet.
The fiction vs non-fiction Answer Key to these tales exists only within my mind. It’s a secret. We can’t go story by story, but I’ll reveal one at the end of this piece, just for fun.
So let’s go with this answer-
Overall, these tales are a mix of pure fantasy, nuggets of truth, and fully disguised real life.
Is there a way to tell? I don’t know. The process of real-life tales disguised, then mixed within fictional tales creates quite a puzzle, doesn’t it?
Perhaps the stories you’ll perceive as fiction, aren’t. And vice-versa.
(The only way to know for sure is if you were there, and some of you were! You know who you are, even though no one else will.)
Hopefully these stories give you at least a hint of how my sexual mind works. My writings currently represent only a very small percentage of my desires, my imagination, my real-life wanderings. I don’t write as fast as life is lived, or as fast as my mind invents.
But for this story, “A Night in the Caves”, all I had to invent was a new location, to transport it to somewhere fictional. All of that story occured as-is, not in a cave, but within a closely similar vibe (which is what inspired me to place it where I did).
It was one of the last blowouts of that bygone venue, and the mood was jovial. I went with the mood of the crowd and rolled the big, wooden dice (actually, spun the wheel).
I was given the pieces of the fractured cane as a souvenir. The cane photo in that story is my own, and is real. The artisan who crafted it offers a lifetime guarantee and would replace it, but its value as a memory is more important than as a toy or implement.
In the spirit of the going-away venue, and the friends within, I wrote that story as a gift. I presented it to them before I published it here.
PS- I never lie in the story notes, for the tales that have them. They’re for real, but I do take liberties to disguise where needed.
